a bus in a early snow storm

This makes me feel comfortable. I grew up in the south near the mountains and I will always remember the snow, the big snow, wall high, the odeur and the sound and i am always longing for a snowstorm even in a golden autumn.
found in the mail today, an invitation for J's exhibition.

one more reason to come here! maybe for christmas? we fly back together after the big M+C party and a 20 min car drive up the mountains takes us into nothing but snow. or we cross the rocky mountains to alberta to find minus 40º C and meters of snow (i always wanted to experience that, never went there myself in the winter time). let's do it! i like the art. xxd

that sounds so lovely and gemütlich that i want to be in a cabin in deep snow with you and the children right now - but in europe, if you don't mind. they just don't know about grog and other re-vitalising drinks here... i have not been on skis in ages!
